Sustainable Uniform Solutions

At Arrow, we firmly believe that businesses and organisations can maintain a professional image while contributing positively to the environment.

To this end, we offer a range of sustainability initiatives to ensure our uniforms are re-utilised and recycled so as to reduce our impact on the environment. We provide clients with the ability
to recycle uniforms that are not at end of use level, and to donate unbranded garments to local charities. We shred end of life uniforms to use as filling for boxing bags. In addition, we also follow best environmental and ethical practices in our factories to align to global audit and certification standards.

Our Customers

  • Implementing our proprietary 3D process: Design, Develop, Deliver. Drives greater customer value through long-term, sustainable relationships.
  • Cultural collaborations with prominent local designers to weave indigienous representation and identity into our uniforms.
  • Actively promoting the wellbeing of the people and workforce behind our uniforms.

Our Environment

  • We work with green and ethically certified factory suppliers who meet international manufacturing standards. Certifications include: WRAP, SMETA-SEDEX, ISO, and BSCI.
  • By working with sustainable materials and through implementing the AROUND programme, this will offer solutions that align with Circular Economy frameworks,
  • We are transitioning to a bagless/plastic alternative model for all supplied uniforms.

Our Communities

  • We partner with NZ based organisations to support initiatives that contribute towards positive change in our communities. Current partnerships include: Billy Graham Youth Foundation, Breast Cancer Cure NZ and Rapid Relief Team NZ
  • Our ongoing committment to working with NZ manufacturers and suppliers allows us to give exposure back to other locally owned businesses and designers.
