How Embroidery Works

Send us your logo files

Contact us with vector files — like .AI, .EPS or editable .PDF. Let us know what garments you're branding and where you'd like the logo placed.

We review and quote

We’ll confirm sizing, placement and garment suitability. You'll receive a quote for embroidery and a one-off $65 + GST setup fee — no reset fees; your logo is registered for life.

Approve your mockup

You'll receive a digital mockup for approval. We can also provide a physical sample if you'd like to see your logo stitched before sign-off.

We register your logo

Once approved, your logo is permanently saved to your account. We can also add it to your myArrow™ portal for easy reordering.

Place your order

Once setup is complete, you can place orders with embroidery anytime. Our team will manage production and delivery for you.

Your uniforms are branded in-house, quality checked and shipped to your team — ready to wear with pride.
