How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on your order. All orders are processed by the team at our warehouse in Wellington, New Zealand.
Arrow Products are marked in stock and ready for dispatch in 1-3 working days.
Products from our suppliers will each have their expected lead-time for dispatch, listed on the product page.
While we endeavour to meet listed timeframes, occasionally unforeseen delays can occur. For more information on our lead-times, please contact our Customer Service team.
How long does delivery take?
Our preferred courier service, Australia Post will usually deliver to you within 5 - 6 working days.
For tracking information, please reach out to our Customer Service team once you have received your invoice.
What payment methods do you offer?
We have partnered with Payment Express to offer you secure payment options, including credit card, Visa & Mastercard, as well as Account2Account internet banking for the major New Zealand banks. More information about Account2Account be found here.
Invoicing is available for Account Customers, please login to myarrow.com.au and purchase through your online portal.

What branding services do you offer?
We offer a range of branding services including embroidery, heat-press printing, sublimation, badges, as well as custom accessories like labels, zippers, and buttons.
To enquire about your branding options. Send us an email with a high-res logo file and the service you had in mind.
There are some limitations depending on what you choose. Our customer service team will be able to explain these and offer recommendations best suited to your needs.
What is your sizing like?
Our sizing is manufactured for the New Zealand and Australian markets. To help you get the perfect fit, all Arrow Products have a size chart and we have a measuring guide here. Products from our suppliers may vary.
If the size you need is not available in our range, we may be able to offer alterations or made to order garments to suit your needs. If you have any questions about sizing contact us.
