All Returns and Exchanges must be authorised by the Returns Manager - To receive your RA (Return Authorisation) please contact our team with your order reference (WO# or SO#), noting your reason for Return at returns@arrowuniforms.co.nz

Arrow Uniforms will return or exchange eligible items on Australian Orders within 30 days of invoice. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method*.

Please note: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition for resale (tags still attached and in original packaging).

Exceptions to our Returns Policy:

• Freight charges are non-refundable.
• Discounted & Clearance items cannot be returned/exchanged.
• Altered, Branded, or Custom garments cannot be returned/exchanged unless under contract.
• Footwear cannot be returned/exchanged*
• Cherokee products cannot be returned/exchanged*
• Simon Jersey products cannot be returned/exchanged*

All footwear purchases are final and non-returnable or exchangeable. Please refer to the product page for all relevant information regarding size guides, styles, and fits available.

We may have stock available to try on before purchase. Please be in touch with the customer care team to see if this is a possibility. If this is the case, the stock should be used as a size guide only and may not reflect your preferred colour choice.

Cherokee Products
