Who are Arrow Uniforms?

Arrow Uniforms is a leading manufacturer and supplier of uniforms to top-level brands in both New Zealand & Australia and has been operating since 1990. We deliver a diverse range of garments to our customers but specialise in the Healthcare, Corporate, Hospitality and Workwear markets.

Where is Arrow Uniforms based?

Arrow Uniforms have sale representatives all over New Zealand with warehouse distribution centres in both Auckland and Wellington. Our Head Office is located at 66 Pharazyn Street, Lower Hutt, with another head office in Melbourne Australia.

What payment methods do you offer?

We have partnered with Payment Express to off you secure payment options, including credit card options Visa & Mastercard as well as the Account2Account service offering internet banking for the major New Zealand banks.  More information about Account2Account be found at https://www.paymentexpress.com/merchant-ecommerce-account2account.html

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Most garments on our website are stocked in our New Zealand warehouse. For in-stock products delivery timeframes are typically between 3-10 working days but larger/custom order may take longer.

Do you ship overseas?

No, currently we ship only within Australia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

What courier companies do you use?

We primarily use New Zealand Couriers as our preferred courier partner.  After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can track your shipment from their website  www.nzcouriers.co.nz.

Can I set up an account with Arrow Uniforms?

Yes, if you require your company to be fitted with uniforms we would be glad to have that discussion with you.  Please visit our contact us page and let us know your requirements, or give us a call on.

Do you offer logos and personalisation?

Yes, Arrow Uniforms caters to large and medium business throughout New Zealand and Australia and provide everything from custom bespoke uniform design to custom sizing and logo branding.

What is your sizing like?

Our sizing is manufactured for the New Zealand and Australian markets.  To help you get the perfect fit, we have included a size chart of the garments manufacturing sizing specifications.

Returns

I ordered the wrong size, Can I exchange?

Not a problem! If you require a different style, colour or size, simply place a new order at shop.arrowuniforms.co.nz and process a return for the garment you wish to exchange.

Do you allow returns?

We will issue you a full refund providing the return is received within 7 days of receiving your goods and the garments are returned in new condition (including packaging).
